Payment Structure & Dates Primal Retreat

Dates: January 25 – February 1, 2026

• Early Bird Discount: Limited spots

• When opting for payment plan: A deposit of €350 is required.

This secures your spot. Deducted from total price (from normal-bird rate. Early bird discount doesn’t apply to the payment plan) (with payments in November, December, and January).

Final Payment Due: January 11th, 2026 

Full balance (minus deposit) must be paid by this date

Retreat Cancellation Policy 

We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our attendees and our retreat organizers.

• 60+ days before retreat start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.

• 30 days before retreat start date: 50% refund of total retreat cost.

• Less than 14 days before retreat start date: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another person (see Transfer Policy below).

Non-Refundable Deposit

In case you opt for the payment plan, a non-refundable deposit of €350 is required to secure your spot. This deposit helps us cover upfront costs, including planning, materials, and reservation. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit will be deducted from any fees due.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case unexpected circumstances prevent you from attending. Travel insurance can cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

Transfer Policy

If you can no longer attend the retreat, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. You must notify us via email at retreats@primalhealing.eu with the new attendee’s full details at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

Retreat Cancellation & Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, a pandemic, or other force majeure events), you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
